Last year I stayed on Boracay and thought this was great value. Station 3 has the lovely beach atmosphere, without all the D'mall bustle. For me, it’s the best location on the island.

We had the whole place to ourselves for nine days, which meant plenty of space for our group of five. The rooms were cool and cozy, and the beds were comfortable. Being right on the beach in Station 3 made it easy to get into the water, and the area was peaceful and relaxing. Ate Yvonne and the Kuyas looked after us so well, from cleaning to getting our plates and utensils ready and washed. They really took care of what we needed. And Princess, the inn’s friendly, gentle dog, was always happy to get a little affection from guests.

It was lovely to have a beachfront place away from Boracay’s crowds. At times, it felt as if we had the beach to ourselves. The property was spacious, and the caretakers were very accommodating. It’s also handy for digital nomads: the first and second floors each had their own Wi-Fi, which was fast.

We had a relaxing stay at La Suerte Inn. With so few people around, the resort and beach felt almost like our own, and it was nice and quiet. There are lots of good restaurants close by, so you don’t have to go to DMall or Station 1 for a meal. Station 2 is close enough to walk to, too.
