I was really disappointed by the lack of understanding. Less than 24 hours after booking, and with more than two weeks’ notice during high season, I asked to cancel and get a refund because an immediate family member had a critical medical situation. I explained the situation fully, but the refund was refused on the basis that only an unavoidable emergency affecting the guest qualified. I was taken aback by the response during such a difficult time. They said it was Booking.com’s policy, but Booking.com confirmed that granting or refusing a refund was the property’s decision.

The rooftop bar was a real highlight. We didn’t get to use it because of the rain, but it was open all night and would be lovely in good weather. The place was decorated for Halloween, which I loved, and our room had a fridge and balcony. It was good value, and I’d stay again for the location and that rooftop bar. Once we found it, the location was good: an easy walk to the beach, but far enough back for some quiet. Walk along the beach and turn down the alley next to Fiesta, then go right to the end.

This was our second stay at Cinta Hotel, and the service and friendly staff were just as good as before. Jenevie helped us at the view deck last night. Even after our night out, she patiently assisted us and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you, we’ll surely come back.

We loved the rooftop bar at Cinta hotel, it was phenomenal. The rooms were clean, the hotel was well kept, and the staff were amazing and attentive to what we needed. We loved our stay.
