The service was seamless and super ✨. There’s no view or balcony, but that didn’t feel like a big deal since we spent most of our time outside. It’s a five-minute walk to the beachfront, and 7/11 and other convenience stores are a few blocks away. If you want somewhere away from crowds after a tiring day, this hotel could suit you. I’ll recommend it to my colleagues and family.

The food was the one thing we liked. The dining area staff were cheerful, and the food was good. We booked three rooms and paid 7k+ for one of them, while another was 4k+ and not cheap either. Two rooms ended up needing electric fans all night because the air conditioning wasn't cooling properly. We had to beg for fans, and our baby spent the night crying and sweating. The staff didn't offer to move us or provide any compensation. They spoke sarcastically and blamed us for not reporting it immediately after check-in. Air conditioners can take time to cool a room, but that doesn't excuse poor maintenance. We were guests, not maintenance testers, and shouldn't have had to sit around waiting for the rooms to cool. There was drilling and banging overhead all day while guests were being accepted. We paid to rest, and the room should have been closed for booking during that work. We had five seniors, including a 75-year-old, and a baby with us. The noise was unbearable and disrespectful, and it ruined our third room visit. We still remember that disaster. The pool was closed, too. Even getting a basic apology seemed nearly impossible. Please treat your guests with kindness.

The hotel's spot in station 3 was handy, right on the main road and about a five-minute walk from White Beach. A mini-mart is next door, with a laundromat, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. We stayed 4D3N with breakfast, and had a fantastic time at ECL Hotel and Resort in Boracay. I hope they promote the hotel more, maybe by hiring someone for SNS marketing. Thanks so much, ECL. We’ll come back 💗 We booked a Superior Quadruple Room for four through Agoda app. It was clean and roomy enough, with good air-conditioning, cabinets with space for luggage, and towels and toiletries provided. The main downside was no coffee table, which made eating in the room difficult. Wi-Fi was available, but it was slow and we connected only a few times. The staff made us feel welcome from the start, even giving us complimentary cucumber lemonade when we arrived. They were friendly, greeted us with smiles, and opened the door for us whenever we came or went. I didn’t catch their names, but everyone, including the room attendants, was great. Thank you for making the stay enjoyable! 💗 Breakfast came plated, with five choices: American, Sausage, Continental, Boracay, and Sports Breakfast. I liked the beef tapa, though not the tocino. My friends tried the toast options and said they were okay. They also said the hotel sometimes has buffets, depending on the number of guests.

The staff were attentive, friendly, and accommodating. They even helped with the birthday room decorations my partner requested. The building looks quaint but new and well kept, and the hotel and rooms were clean and presentable. A few sheets had old stains, though that didn't bother us much. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, but the complimentary meals were surprisingly good, with unlimited sides and drinks. The rooms are spacious, and apparently can fit extra guests beyond the booking limit. They do have hot water for both the shower and sink, despite what another review says. Turn the faucet left. Some restroom fittings need attention: bidets and shower heads were loose or clogged, and a bidet in one of our rooms flooded the toilet floor. Some rooms lacked shampoo or shower gel, so attendants should check toiletries before guests arrive. A few rooms, especially on the third floor, had a “kulob” smell. The hotel is along the main road beside a grocery store. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach through the alley beside Hue Hotel, and 5-10 minutes to E-mall. We preferred the walk in station x at night because it was better lit than the other alley. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and recommend it to friends and family :)
