Big rooms, comfortable beds, and fast responses from room service were the good points. The main problems were light and noise: there are no curtains, so a lot of light gets in, and you can hear everything from the corridor. One side of the hotel is next to a noisy work area. Breakfast on some days didn't have many protein choices. They also wouldn't allow late checkout, not even by an hour, without a large fee, around 3000 PHP for up to 2 hours.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, with cold AC that felt great after long days in the sun. The bathrooms were among the best I've seen in the Philippines. The design is stylish, with high ceilings and modern decor, and both the hospitality and housekeeping teams were attentive and helpful. It's a short walk to the beach, with loads of restaurants and shops nearby. It's not beachfront, and can get extremely crowded during peak holidays, so it's best if you like being in the middle of the action. The rooftop deck and pool are spacious. Weekends bring live music and a fire show, and the spa is a highlight. I highly recommend making time for a massage. Breakfast is complimentary, and the freshest options are there earlier in the morning. We found nearby dining more reliable, with so many great food choices around. The hotel had limited menu options because it didn't have enough ingredients for the dishes we wanted. I prefer a quieter beach atmosphere, but I'd happily stay at Feliz Hotel again for the vibrant location, good service, and stylish, comfortable rooms.

The breakfast buffet was good, though I wish there had been more options. Everything else made this feel worth it. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel gave us a complimentary cake on check-in day. I think they also upgraded our room, which I really appreciated. We got vouchers for 15% off a massage, free cocktails at the rooftop bar, and 20% off at the restaurant. The location inside D’mall is perfect, especially for first-timers, with restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops close by. It's not beachfront, but the beach is only a 2-minute walk away. The rooms were new, clean, and spacious, with a spotless bathroom and complete toiletries. The bed was so comfortable that I slept 8 hours for 3 nights. A Smart TV was a nice bonus. Feliz Hotel is one of the best hotels in Boracay, and I can't wait to come back. I had the best time on the island thanks to this hotel.

We arrived for three days and left already planning another stay at Feliz Hotel Boracay. The location is one of the best in Boracay: everything we wanted was close, but the hotel still felt like a comfortable oasis. It's a rare mix of convenience and calm. The meals were a standout. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and memorable, from the presentation to the flavor. Calling it merely good wouldn't do it justice. The room had real space to move around and relax, the bathroom was pristine, and everything felt carefully designed and immaculately maintained. The staff were warm, attentive, and kind without being robotic or overbearing. April deserves a special mention for going above and beyond. She was professional, approachable, and excellent at her job. The whole experience raised my standards for hotels. Highly recommended, unless you prefer disappointment.
