Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay

The beach is fantastic, and the beach bar is a lovely spot for a drink at sunset. Mövenpick worked well for what we needed on our Boracay holiday, especially with the island so crowded, and we had an overall great stay. The Italian restaurant was good, and the staff were polite, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast restaurant coffee really needs an overhaul because it wasn’t good at all. I also wish the hotel did more to sweep and clean its beachfront every day. Nearby hotels seemed to put in more effort, so Movenpick needs to step up there.

The packed breakfast for our early check-out was a thoughtful touch, and the Front Office Team was especially attentive and accommodating. Thanks to everyone across the departments for the care during our stay. This was our second visit, and it was just as amazing as the first, with the same relaxing atmosphere, beautiful beach experience, and excellent service. Consistent service and genuine hospitality keep bringing us back. We’re already looking forward to another visit.

What stayed with me most was the people and the atmosphere. The staff were genuinely wonderful, and their effort and dedication showed in the way they looked after guests and helped us enjoy our vacation. I was especially drawn to the private beach, which felt calm and special. A few things could still be improved, but I came wanting only a room, the beach, and the pool, and the hotel gave me something deeper that’s hard to put into words. It left a lasting impression. Weddings can be stressful, especially when last-minute items and tasks come up, but the staff made things happen and always helped with a smile. Hero, Ivan and Franz took care of every request I made from the moment I arrived, and they were always there to make sure I was satisfied and had what I needed. La Arnie also gave professional support before, during and after the wedding, coordinating the drinks and beverage service. The whole bar crew made our guests feel welcome and explained each local drink we were served. My daughter’s wedding was at the resort, and the service exceeded my expectations. The team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing, and I’m truly grateful and impressed. To management, you’ve hired the best in hospitality.
