Its main advantage is being close to the beach and places to eat. The facilities themselves are old, though, and there are cheaper places with better quality and service. The kitchen staff weren’t attentive. I felt they wouldn’t serve you properly unless you were Korean, even though you pay the same.

The pool was clearly well maintained, and we also liked having a bar on site for when we didn’t feel like drinking outside. The breakfast buffet was our favorite. Our rooms were lovely and polished, with working electrical items and enough of what we needed to feel at home. When my friends and I visited Real Maris last year, the staff welcomed us warmly and offered refreshments. I also appreciated that they stuck to the rules without exceptions. I recommend this hotel, and it’ll definitely be one of our choices when we return to Boracay.

It has a lot going for it, especially if you want to be on the beach. The resort sits between Station 1 and 2, with D'mall, Jonah's Fruit Shake, Merly's Chori Burger, Starbucks, and Potato Corner right next door. There’s a pool for when the beach gets crowded, an ATM inside, free breakfast, and rooms with bathtubs for a relaxing soak. The staff are friendly and helpful, and management has addressed most of the negative reviews, which is a win for everyone. You can also get unlimited Samgyupsal for 499/pax. I can’t believe I hadn’t heard of this resort before. It is showing its age, though. The Wi-Fi could be better so people can work and stay connected. I hope the shower floor is sloped toward the drain, and that they put the phones back in the rooms so it’s easier to reach the nice front desk and housekeeping staff. I also wish there were room service. Road access is a bit challenging because the resort is right on the beachfront.

It’s an older hotel and currently being renovated, but I think it’s great for the price. You can walk to White Beach in about 10 seconds. There’s a pool and a restaurant serving Korean food that tastes almost like what you’d get in Korea.

The rooms were clean, but the service was very poor. Towels are only offered at certain times, and if you’re late, they’ll fine you. They also wouldn’t serve our order even though they offer it. I wouldn’t stay here again. We’d stayed at Divegurus just before this, and it was much cheaper and better value for money.
