Royal Park Resort Hotel

We had a lovely meal here with the family. Everything we ordered was freshly made and full of flavor, and the cozy atmosphere worked well for a family gathering or casual meal. The staff were smiling and accommodating, and the service and value were both great. Five stars!

It's right on the beach, with access to the main road and a loading and unloading area. The activity spots are nearby, as is the shaded tree area where you can lie on your beach mat. Everything is so convenient. Looking forward to staying here again next visit!

We paid ₱18,000 for a family room for five, but on arrival were suddenly told it only allowed two people. They then tried to charge an outrageous ₱20,000 for each extra person. That's ridiculous and felt like a scam. The staff had a bad attitude and weren't helpful. The manager was right there, but refused to speak with us. Completely unprofessional. Their mistake left us scrambling for another hotel at the last minute for the other three family members. It ruined the trip and cost us more. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this place. Misleading booking, terrible service, and no accountability.
