Primea Hotel

The rooms are clean, simple but unique, and beautifully designed. We found the staff polite and hospitable, always greeting customers with a wide smile. Based on my experience, staying a few days at Primea Hotel was good, and it's one of the best hotels in Borongan City, Eastern Samar. It could also work for a birthday party or another occasion. I recommend it and give it five stars for being unique and beautiful. By the way, credit to the owner of the photo.

The location is handy, close to different shops and within walking distance of the van terminal. The room was great for the price. What seems to be missing is a pool and a view, since it's in the city center. Still, it's the best hotel we've stayed at in Borongan.

We couldn't get any rest because music, shouting, foot tapping, and chairs scraping went on through the night. We were on the fourth floor, right below a Christmas party on the fifth. We repeatedly asked the front desk to move us somewhere quieter and got no response, which made the discomfort and frustration worse. Our stay at Primea Hotel in Borongan was disappointing. The hotel may have other positive aspects, but the noise and staff's lack of response marred our experience. I hope management addresses this so future guests have a better stay.

I stayed for 9 days, and the hotel was clean and nice. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room tidy. Everyone I dealt with, from the door man to the manager, was amazing, helpful, and friendly. The shower was modern and, most importantly, actually hot. I'll definitely stay again on my next trip to Borongan.
