Reception seemed more interested in gossip than helping guests. There was no free ATV service available, and the package details were misleading, so check which services are actually included. For paid ATV rides, confirm that the ride stays within the resort grounds, since nearby resorts offer rides too. Keep track of your own check-in and check-out stamps. We paid 500 pesos, but got only about 15 minutes, though it was supposed to be 30. Staff then said their vehicles were unregistered, or colorum, which didn't make sense after we'd paid for the service. Signal was almost nonexistent, and the Wi-Fi was very slow.

The free breakfast was good, and the air conditioning got very cold, which earned the two stars for me. We had booked the 7 pax Teepee Villa, but the door wouldn't lock, leaving us worried about our belongings. There were lots of mosquitoes, though they did put katol in front of the villa, so at least they seemed aware. The bath water was very dirty and tasted like salt and rust. I think it may come from the sea and be filtered, but I'm not sure. My pregnant friend couldn't bathe during our stay. Parking was tight, and we had to move our car whenever someone was leaving, even while we were eating out. We also couldn't use the free ATV ride because, they said, there was no gas.

The room water was weak and salty, and the accommodation overall was very subpar, which spoiled the experience. The included free breakfast arrived late, and some of it was below par. Internet wasn't usable for browsing or much else. Our room was supposed to include two 30-minute ATV rides. When we tried to claim them, we were told only one ATV was available. After waiting in line, we were told it couldn't be used because of franchise issues. It seemed like they might have been trying to save gas, since we should have gotten an hour of rides in total.

The free breakfast and complimentary ATV ride were the only parts that made the stay worthwhile. The resort itself is nice, and the room's interior was pleasant, but the building and outdoor areas were clearly unfinished. Given the price, and with no exterior room photos provided, we expected more. Wi-Fi had been mentioned before check-in, but there was no connection in the room, and there wasn't even a trash can.
