The breakfast was the one real problem for us. On both mornings we ate there, the hot food had gone cold or was only at room temperature, as if it had been cooked at the start of service and left in the serving trays. The rest worked well. The hotel is in central CDO, between two major shopping centres, and the rooms are spacious and modern. The bathroom had hot and cold water, which is a real plus here in the Philippines. The elevators also got us to our room quickly.

The beds were comfortable, the pillows were heavy and felt five-star, and the air conditioning and service were good. Breakfast was included too. It’s right next to the malls, and if seda hotel is full, you can walk in here. I’d stay again.

We paid over 15,000 for three people for three days and two nights in a suite. The regular bed was nice and the air conditioning was cold, and the staff were friendly, but the extra bed was tiny and uncomfortable, so sleeping was difficult. There were lots of stains on the bathroom mirror that wouldn’t come off. Breakfast came with the room, but the food was neither warm nor tasty, and there wasn’t much choice. The soup seemed to be instant powder. There was no complimentary ice or hot shower either. When I asked for fresh coffee cups and water glasses, a staff member washed them in the toilet sink with dish soap and wiped them dry. Online payment through the booking portal wasn’t available, so their payment options felt outdated.

It was a decent price, and the mall is just a block away. Breakfast and good Wi-Fi were included, and there’s laundry service for an extra cost. The air conditioner worked great. The female staff were friendly and helpful, and the security guards were friendly too.

You can walk to SM CDO in about two minutes, and Ayala is within walking distance too. The location is excellent. The bed and pillows were okay for the price, though breakfast was just so-so. It’s a bit noisy because it’s beside the road. They provided shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, and towels, but no toothbrushes or toothpaste.
