AVIDA TOWERS - Aspira Tower 1 and 2

The host was quick to respond and very accommodating, and being so close to Centrio mall made the stay convenient. It's a good way to keep the cost down while staying in the heart of Cagayan de Oro City. Just budget extra for the pool and parking: pool access cost us 150 per person, and parking was 300 per night.

The units are comfortable and laid out well for city living, and the building feels modern. The area is clean and generally feels safe, with major establishments, restaurants, and transport nearby. I’ve stayed at and visited Avida Towers 2 here in Cagayan de Oro, and have mostly had a pleasant experience. The elevators can get slow and crowded at busy times. Shared hallways and garbage disposal areas could use more frequent cleaning, and the amenities like the pool and function rooms would benefit from more regular maintenance. The lobby and common areas are tidy, and security staff are polite, alert, and accommodating. I appreciate their efforts. There’s a lot of potential here for a comfortable, secure stay. Faster responses from management and the maintenance improvements would make it even better. I look forward to seeing how things improve.

Our Japanese-inspired room was stunning, and the view from it was amazing. The place felt like home, with a clean, well-kept setting and a large swimming pool. It’s also close to restaurants, bars, and shopping complexes, and the area feels secure. Thanks to the unit owner, Atty Kelly! I’d happily book here again.

I recently found out that the unit reserved in my name since 2016 was sold under someone else’s name, without my knowledge. I kept sending checks toward acquiring it, and the sales department mishandled them repeatedly. I went through an entire checkbook. AMICASA recently told me they never received any of my payments and that the property had never been associated with me. I knew you people were incompetent, but this is an extreme affront to one of your loyal tenants.
