A decent, affordable place in Ipil with the basics a backpacker needs.

For the room rate, it was fine, and there aren't many other choices in Ipil. My room faced the parking lot, so it was noisy. The toilet wouldn't flush, and the shower head was clogged. Keep expectations modest for a budget hotel.

The room itself was okay, but it was missing quite a few basics. There was no soap, shampoo, or toothpaste in the room, and the front desk didn't provide any free ones either.

We were very satisfied with the Family Room, which had one single bed, one twin bed, a TV, AC, and T&B. The promo rate was P960 for 18 hours on December 28, 2018. It's right in the center of Ipil town, and I'd recommend it.

The management lets staff hang around the lobby after their shifts, stretched out on the couch and playing or watching movies on their cellphones. The hotel staff don't seem well trained.
