It was okay and nice, and the building and interior had a vintage look that was beautiful. The price was affordable, and the location was good, just a block from the shopping mall and market. We were on the third floor, but there was no elevator. During our three-day stay, the toilet flush broke, which was a bit of a problem. Check-in was also difficult because the attendant was a bit impolite.

The rooms are average, and the front desk has fixed rates and won't match online deals, so booking online gets you the best price. The location is good when the local food festival is on. Don't leave valuables in your room, to avoid a disappointing experience.

The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. I doubt it had been cleaned in years. The sheets were stained, and I think they hadn't been changed after the last guests. There were no towels, toilet paper, tea, coffee, or drinking water, even though these were advertised on the web page. The email link for contacting the manager was incorrect. What a dump.

We noticed stains on the blanket just minutes after checking in and asked the day-shift front desk to change the bedding. She blamed the laundry service and said she would have it checked, but the sheets were left as they were, so we had to ask again when the night staff came on. The day-shift front desk was very unhelpful, and the male security guard could use customer-service training. The only staff member who was especially helpful was the housekeeping guy.
