The city-center location made it easy to walk to restaurants, other places, and transport. Breakfast at the downstairs café was tasty, and reception staff were nice and accommodating. We stayed in a Superior Double Room: small, but arranged with a table, chair, bedside table, and TV. It was clean overall, the internet worked fine, and complimentary drinking water was available. The bathroom was roomy and had a working hot and cold shower with hygiene kits provided. It faces the bed through a glass wall, which some guests may want to know about. The towels and pillows looked a little old, and dimmer lighting would make sleeping more comfortable. The TV was mounted very high and responded a bit slowly. Still, it was a pleasant stay.

The room was clean and worked fine, and the breakfast made the price feel worthwhile. It’s included, with four menu options to choose from. The staff could have been friendlier, and the hotel is a little expensive, but it’s a good place to stay in Cagayan de Oro. I can recommend it.

The free breakfast and the café inside the hotel were handy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was okay. I asked about checking in before 2 PM and was told it would cost 150. The aircon wasn’t very powerful, so the room never got especially cool. A decent stay, though the AC could be better.

The location looks a little sketchy, but the stay was good overall. The family rooms are very spacious, with two queen beds, and the rooms were clean. The staff are easy to deal with. We’ve stayed here twice and would come back again. American family of four.

After eight hours of travel, I checked in hoping to relax, but there was no internet. Staff said it would be fixed that day, and three people came by, yet on day two it still wasn't working. The room was very small and had no window. Terrible place to stay. Never again.
