Sabangan Beach Resort

The beach was good, and the pool was great. Sabangan is a peaceful place with what you need for a vacation, including a sari-sari store for basics like toothbrushes, snacks, and drinks. I also want to commend the food. It’s healthy and masarap. The staff and admin were nice and responsive, so we’d probably return. That’s all. I hope this helps you and the resort improve and keep things up.

The noises late at night were disturbing, and someone was sneaking around and peeking through our window. We also found a chair outside the bathroom window, as if someone had put it there to get a better view. That left us feeling our privacy and safety had been seriously violated, and the experience at Sabangan Resort left a lasting bad impression. We know construction and renovation are part of maintaining a resort, but the lack of oversight and security was unacceptable. Management needs to address guest safety promptly. Contractors should not work near occupied rooms or late at night, and staff need better training on safety and security. More CCTV cameras and regular patrols would help, as would a more private, secure environment.

We returned to Sabangan after enjoying it before, but this time the stay was awful. Breakfast was delayed, the water pressure was weak, and we weren't allowed to check in early. The food choices were limited and repetitive, and staff were often unavailable or inattentive. We had to call for someone several times. There’s also an unresolved complaint that’s taking forever to address. We won’t be back, and I can’t recommend it now.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and nice. It’s a good place to vacation and pamper yourself, and the resort is pet friendly, so you can bring your fur pets. Must come visit!
