Centrio Tower

We spent eight days at Centrio Towers Condominiums for under $300, and the spacious one-bedroom unit had enough room for three of us. It came with a sofa bed in the living room, Netflix, free WiFi, and a great city view from the 14th floor. The condo has 22 floors, though getting an elevator could take at least three minutes. Its location is very convenient, right beside Centrio mall and near Gaisano mall, in the city center. The concierge were courteous, helpful, and respectful, and there's a security guard, so it felt safe. We could hear karaoke every night, though, as the windows seemed to have no soundproofing. The kitchenette had a one-burner induction cooktop, glasses, mugs, plates, kettle, microwave, utensils, silverware, and a small fridge. There was also a washing machine but no dryer, so doing laundry ourselves was a hassle and we used a laundry service instead. On our first night, the owner was hard to reach when we needed a blanket and bath towel for the third person and hand towels for all three of us. She knew there were three guests, and brought them the next day. Complimentary water was missing for the first few days, so we bought our own. A large gallon was eventually provided without a dispenser, but my sister had a pump that fit on top and made pouring easier. If we return to Cagayan De Oro City, Philippines, we'd like to stay here again.
