The rooms have a nice layout and are clean, and management and staff are great. Try to get a higher floor. I was on the third, at a very busy intersection near Manila's dr hospital, and sirens went all night. Lots of open-muffler bikes and jeepneys kept me awake.

I gave it three overall because I swatted three cockroaches on my first night in room 101. Even so, I recommend this hotel.

We visited in person two weeks before booking to find a room that suited us, and we were ready to pay the reservation. The hotel said we had to book five days before check-in and could message them on Facebook. I followed those instructions and messaged five days ahead, but got no reply, so I called. It turned out the room had already been reserved. I followed everything they told me to do and ended up with nothing. 👎

The place was clean, nice, and comfortable to stay in. Unfortunately, it isn't PWD-friendly. My husband uses a wheelchair and couldn't go upstairs because the room we visited had stairs.

Whenever I'm in Manila for a holiday, this is my go-to place. I feel comfortable, safe, and at home here, and it's convenient too. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I'm happy staying @RAS and highly recommend it. You get what you pay for, and it's worth every penny. Thank you, RAS.
