There wasn’t much to like here. Front desk service was very poor, and room prices could change without notice. They wouldn’t keep the check-in rate for an extension, which I was told would cost almost four times as much. The blankets were too small and the towel was dirty, though the WiFi was good. There’s no lift in the four-storey building, and the staircases are very narrow. There was no parking, so the taxi had to stop some distance from the front door.

Clean, comfortable room with an electric kettle and a small fridge, and a great price. There’s no lift, but the staff helped carry our things upstairs. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, especially Emanuel, who was very polite and had a big smile. Highly recommend.

This is a low-cost place in the middle of everything I needed for official and legal paperwork, as well as some leisure time. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and well ventilated, an amazing find in Manila for such a low price. Basic toiletries, a safe, and a water heater are provided. Staff were friendly and quick to help when asked. There’s no elevator, so getting to the higher floors can be a struggle, but the rest makes up for it. I’d book here again if I’m in the area.

Ate Ritchie was a huge help, from making breakfast each day to arranging cabs and pointing us toward local attractions. All the staff were warm, welcoming, and wonderful to deal with. Housekeeping was excellent too, with the rooms cleaned and refreshed daily. Our room had strong AC, big windows, and brightly colored walls. The stairs are steep and lead to all the rooms, so it may be harder for seniors or anyone with mobility issues. When I’m back in Manila, this will be the first place I check. Highly recommended.
