The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed our stay over a couple of nights. The hotel is right in the city, with shops nearby, and there’s a security guard on duty, so it seemed safe. Parking is available, but there isn’t much of it. The building is old but seems well maintained. Our room felt old too, and I think the rooms or perhaps the whole hotel will need updating someday.

The beds are really comfy and the AC works well. Rooms are a little old, but for the low price and central location, it’s worth it. Everything’s close by, and if you only need somewhere to sleep, it does the job.

We were here for a three-day business trip. The location was okay, but the hotel is quite old and needs a lot of renovation.

4/10
The restaurant was a pleasant surprise, with good food, and the downtown Cagayan de Oro location made it easy to get around. But the hotel has seen better days. Our room’s furnishings were worn, and the toilet problem wasn’t fixed until day two, which made the stay less comfortable. With the outdated rooms and maintenance issues, I can’t really recommend it.

10/10
The hotel is in the heart of the city, near a spa center, and the superior rooms are affordable. It’s an older place, but the building is maintained. The shower looks dated, though the water pressure is good and it has both hot and cold water. I had a pleasant stay.
