The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the receptionists, staff, and guards were courteous. It’s in the city center, close to restaurants, and easy to get to 7 Seas Resort. It costs a little more than other places, but it’s a nice place to stay.

Not worth it. The room and bed linen were dirty, there were cockroaches in the comfort room, and the customer service was poor.

Room 413 was bad.

I’ll never forget the time I spent there. They kept me inside because they felt responsible for my safety, so I never went out after 6. They were so nice to me. I still miss sharing my donuts with them, from 2010 till now. 😘😂💔

I’d give the friendly staff a 4, convenience a 3, and cleanliness a 2, mostly because of housekeeping. The complimentary breakfast gets a 4.
