There seemed to be some event happening nearby, and this place was pretty busy while we were visiting for an event the next day. The staff were nice and explained that guests could use the gym and pool. The room was good too, with kitchen amenities that worked well for a staycation.

The location has a handy back exit that lets guests walk straight to the neighboring mall. I also enjoyed the pool and gym on the 10th floor, and the view from room 1109-B was great. The room had two balconies. It was very comfortable to sleep with the quiet, cold air conditioner and thick covers. The room Wi-Fi was fast and steady, and the staff were friendly and polite. They provided two towels, two bottles of water, toothpaste, a toothbrush, and soap. There are three passenger elevators and two service elevators. I had an excellent stay, highly recommended.

Worst experience. I parked around 5 or 6 pm, then left at 12:30 am to buy emergency medicine. I asked the guard to hold my parking spot, but he refused. When I got back, someone else was taking it, and at 1 am I had no idea where to leave my car. The service felt very inconsiderate.

Looking for an investment? Primavera City Cagayan de Oro City has units available at Citta Verde that are ready for occupancy, plus units under construction at Citta Bella. CITTA GRANDE has preselling units with smart home readiness, and there are also condotel units at The CITTA ALTA. Interested? Send me a message on my Facebook account, Gemmabel Devera Mandahuyan.

Its location is a big win, right in the center of everything to do in Uptown. Primavera City is one of the best places to be in Cagayan de Oro, with great amenities and plenty of commercial spots to choose from.
