I chose this place because it was close to the venue for Sante Barley TRA CDO Leg 2. The location was convenient, near SM City CDO Uptown, plenty of restaurants, and a church. It was good value for money, especially since there weren't many hotels available nearby. No untoward incident happened during my stay, and I'd stay here again if I had activities in the area. The room was clean, with a kitchen and dining area. The fridge had two complimentary bottles of water, and towels and toiletries were provided. There was a TV, though with limited channels, and the Wi-Fi was fast. I didn't know of many amenities, so I mostly stayed in the room or went to the mall. The air conditioner was noisy and made sleeping difficult. I didn't get any check-in instructions beforehand, and the owner didn't respond to my texts. I had to call the number on Agoda to find out that I should collect the key at the reception in Building A. I was also a bit anxious about security. CDO is generally a safe province, but anyone could enter the establishment and reach the elevators. Guards were stationed at the entrance but sometimes weren't around. A staff member handled guest check-ins at Building A, though she said she was often away because of the staff shortage and also had to cover the condotel on the other side of SM.
