Hotel Sogo - Cagayan de Oro

I booked the room for my driver. He said it was nice, but the AC and lights went off four times, waking him up each time. He asked the front desk to move him to another room, but nothing was done. I won't book this hotel on future trips to CDO.

I've had one of my best hotel stays here, sometimes on my own and sometimes with my family. The staff and receptionist treat me the same way each time. Thanks for the wonderful service, Hotel Sogo.

The location is handy, near Agora terminal, and you can walk to SM. For the price, the stay was alright overall. My room hadn't been cleaned, with long hair, probably from girls, all over the place. The PTAC, I guess, was really noisy at night, and I struggled to sleep. I stayed two nights. On the first day they gave me two cups of hot water but no coffee, and nothing on the second day. They should put an electric heater in every room for people who like coffee. The Wi-Fi was so weak I couldn't play games.

Good food and good service, and the room was nice and clean. The floors were clean enough that you could take your shoes off inside.
