The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was good. The swimming pool is big, and I liked that there are trees in the garden and cats around. But please replace the small pillows after someone has used them, so the next guest can actually use them. Ours smelled of saliva. Yuck!

I hope staff find a gentler way to move the dogs around instead of hurting them with a tirador. They weren't bothering anyone. I understand it's for guest safety, but using violence felt wrong and honestly left us uncomfortable.

The staff were super friendly and polite, which made our short stay enjoyable. This poolside resort near Cabuyao is a nice alternative to Pansol. There aren't heated pools, but that was fine; the water felt refreshing, especially with summer coming up. The mosquitoes around the cottages and tables, especially around 4 pm, were a real nuisance and need attention soon. Stray cats and dogs also roam around and ate our leftover food. I hope management takes care of both problems.

We’ve brought our company trainings here several times, and the range of function halls has worked well for those events. I organized them and found the representatives easy to talk to and accommodating. Staff have been kind and quick to respond whenever we needed something. We also had a fun mini Christmas party with coworkers, especially enjoying the poolside games and bonfire.

The place was very clean, and the price felt like good value. Our food arrived without much of a wait, though it was cold when served. The taste was okay. I’ll try something else from the menu next time.
