Getting around is easy from here, with transport nearby and the market and schools close by. SM Mall is literally right beside it.

Hope residences felt calm and uncrowded during my stay. Even the parking and elevator were easy to use, unlike at other condos.

This was my second staycation here. The place is quiet and relaxing, and there isn't a hotel nearby, so it's a good enough place to stay. Pool use costs about 150-300 peso depending on the day. I'd bring a shower towel if you're picky: the one I used didn't feel like it dried the water off my body. The towel was quite good the first time I stayed, but there was no water heater then.

We had clean units, 617 and 717, and the owner was friendly. Pool access and things like the ps5 depend on the owner, so check what comes with your unit. Don't fry anything or cook in a smoky way, or the guards will get annoyed. It was a cheap, clean stay.
