The place itself is nice, but the service let us down. We booked for four guests and got just one blanket. We asked for more, but none came, and there wasn't any tissue either. The bunk beds also felt flimsy, made from thin pieces screwed together.

The complex is easy to reach, right by C5 extension and Quirino Hwy. Only one of the two towers is RFO at the time of writing, while the third is still being built from the ground up. There is ground-floor parking, though it was cordoned off and may be reserved for occupants. The pool sits between towers 1 and 2, but there isn't much else to see. Hallways run across each floor and are roomy with plenty of airflow. The construction and design feel pretty mediocre, especially compared with how the agents' mall pamphlets and flyers describe it.

The pool was the one part I found attractive. I couldn't use the gym because it allows only two people at a time, and a sign says to wear a t-shirt there. The building interior felt quite old, and the hallway was gloomy. The female guards weren't very friendly. I stayed two nights to get a feel for the atmosphere, since this condo was one of my investment prospects.

The place is clean, but there are lots of small cockroaches in the room. They need to do pest control.
