Room 1 was great when we were moved there. It was bigger, closer to reception, and away from the dog's barking. The hotel is near a shopping centre, and shops within walking distance stay open even from midnight to 3am. The staff were helpful, kind, and polite. I'd stay again, but definitely avoid room 12. If you book a standard queen room, message the hotel right away and ask not to be put in room 12 on the 2nd or 3rd floor. We had it on the last floor. The room was a decent size, but the bed was so small I nearly fell out when I turned over in my sleep. The large AC barely blew cold air, took ages, and was loud. The listing said city view, but ours looked onto a neighbour and a messy area. A very loud dog barked all day. Even with earplugs I could hear both the dog and AC. The shower started with decent pressure, then slowed to a trickle, and there was little to no hot water. Oddly, water from the toilet basin was hot enough to burn, so be careful. Water also pooled under the sink instead of draining to the floor hole because the floor wasn't level. There's no lift, so ask for the first floor if you're bringing heavy luggage. Reception staff sometimes shouted across the area to get a man to do something, and other staff would answer loudly from elsewhere.

We stayed a week and I'm glad we chose this place. We were trying to save while travelling, and it worked well for us. It's close to 7/11 and other 24-hour convenience stores, as well as the plaza, mall, and market. You can get a toktok right outside, and there's a laundry on the first floor. The staff are so kind. Thank you!

The staff were amazing, helpful, and accommodating, and I'd stay here again next time I'm in the area. It's also very convenient for walking into town, right next to Town square and other places to get food and groceries.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but cockroaches were running all over our room. The night shift worker didn't speak any English. We left after the first night instead of staying the four nights we had planned.
