Safari Hostel

We paid for two nights. The room looked pretty good and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom didn't feel clean or well cared for. At 2:30 am, a noise woke me. I checked with my phone flashlight and first saw what I thought was a cockroach on the table, which disgusted me and woke my partner too. It turned out to be a mouse. My partner tried to trap it, but couldn't. With nobody at reception, they went to get the security guard. We lost sight of it, and the guard had the key to the room next door. When I picked up my things from the furniture, the mouse was there. The bathroom in the second room we took was even worse: the trash bin was full of water, and the rest was dirty. The windows don't block much outside noise, even on the building's fourth floor. The A/C and hot water were fine. It's a 10-minute walk from the city center.

The staff were so friendly and easy to approach, and they looked after me well during my one-night stay. I liked having a little dining set for two in my room, which made it comfortable to eat food I'd bought outside. Just keep in mind that there can sometimes be noise outside.

For the price, this was a really nice place to stay: comfortable and clean, with toiletries, unlimited water, and access to a fridge. The location was good too, and the staff were lovely. Wi-Fi worked well in the room.

Close to the city center, with clean, comfortable rooms and good staff.
