The local food was good, though the foreign dishes could use some improvement. Our cabin was as expected but needs maintenance. The hot pools were well looked after by the attendant, and the resort itself was in better shape than on our previous visit. We came back to relax in the hot springs and see what had changed, and this time it was a pleasant outing.

Staff were welcoming, and there were both hot and cold pools to swim in. The room was clean and had an indoor jacuzzi with pleasantly warm water. Getting to the rooms involves a bit of a walk, though golf carts or an ebike are available, with some waiting if other guests arrive at the same time. The food tasted good but took a long time to come. We had a great stay.

The pools are naturally heated, which makes this one of the better hot spring options, and the property is pet-friendly. Staff were welcoming and attentive, and the amenities are well maintained despite the development being older. The rooms could use upgrades. Be prepared for a short, steep road up to the property.

The view was amazing, and the resort is beautiful. We enjoyed the activities and amenities, and the food was good throughout our stay. Staff and event coordination could use improvement in some ways: we had organizational issues at the Easter event, which I’ve already explained in a separate email. The climb up the steep road is challenging. Our room was okay, but finding a cockroach in it after swimming was unpleasant, and the old, noisy air conditioner made it harder to relax. We still had a positive stay, though room maintenance and event coordination could be better.

The pools really are hot springs! Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, made us feel welcome, and promptly took care of what we needed.
