The owners were super friendly and can arrange island hopping, so you feel well looked after. Their breakfast was exceptional, and the fish was the best I had in the philippines. The cute houses have a lovely ocean view and are in a great location.

2023 Review This affordable place at the edge of Caramoan was a welcome escape from the city. It’s right by the beach, beside other accommodations, and Waze got the location right. If it seems like you’re lost after following the directions, you’re actually going the right way. The caretaker and her family were very hospitable and helped us get other supplies. Just set your expectations: it’s decent and clean enough, but not a 5-star hotel.

Looking for somewhere remote? This is a good fit, with nice native huts, courteous service, and a beautiful setting. There’s even Wi-Fi. Bring a few shelf-stable basics and you should be fine.

The wall fan had no front cage and nearly took my fingers off. There’s a lack of safety concerns here, so you can do much better. You also have to pay local extortion to access the area.
