The rooms were a good size, and the location was handy, right beside a mall and not too far from the airport. I asked if I could get a tour for the day, and someone was found right away. We spent the whole day visiting famous places in Cebu, and I'd encourage people to use that service. The road outside was a problem. The walls didn't block the sound, so I heard cars all day, and there were no other rooms available when I asked to move. Checkout was also uncomfortable. Someone had to inspect the room, and they pointed to a pillowcase stain they said was hair dye. I don't dye my hair. Maybe it was a language barrier, but they kept saying they couldn't remove it and would have to pay an outside company, so I had to pay for cleaning. I felt that should have been included in the hotel price, and they could have used another pillowcase if it was that bad. It felt like a cash grab. I can't recommend the place because the final bill was higher than what I paid online.

We had a great location for our needs, and the staff were wonderful. The second-floor hallways had a strong smell, like an open sewer, and the room was stale until I ran the aircon for a few hours. There was also something like a marching band playing loudly outside quite often. The location worked well, but I didn't enjoy the stay. Please sort out the stink in those hallways.

The rooms were very clean and in great shape, and the first-floor restaurant served delicious food and good coffee. Staff were wonderful and really helpful. It's also an easy walk to Ayala Center, with food options close by. Some rooms near the road can be loud, and the thin Korean Blinds don't keep out light from the street, day or night. Light sleepers may have trouble.
