ABC Hotel Cebu

Getting online was a hassle because I kept having to call reception for another voucher to reconnect to the WiFi. The bedsheets and towels also looked really dirty, nowhere near white. I hope they sort that out before my next trip to Cebu. The staff, though, gave excellent service, and the location made it easy to get around the city.

I spent nine nights here in November 2025. The hotel's building has restaurants and a laundry service, and there’s a 7-eleven across the street. Osmena Fountain Circle, with plenty of restaurants and shops, is very close. There isn't a free breakfast buffet. My room faced an old, run-down apartment building, and the older air conditioner was very noisy. At checkout, they said I had taken the room towels, which I hadn't. They checked the room again and found them hanging on the shower curtain. Please look properly before accusing guests. Nobody's going to steal those old bathroom towels.

The staff were so attentive, friendly, helpful, and professional. Special thanks to the on-site hotel manager, Aileen Secuya, who was truly exceptional.

The staff were great, and all the bars are within walking distance. Just be careful about showing expensive things at night, since this is still a red light area.
