The shared kitchen is handy, with utensils, plates, cups, a microwave, coffee, and a hotplate, so you can cook or eat food you bring in. The rooms are above average for the price, and the price itself is excellent. I wasn’t looking for a pool or dining. The location is especially convenient for Ayala Mall.

This place is a real treasure. The bathroom is great, the beds are comfortable, and the room is beautiful and very clean. It’s better than some 5* hotels I’ve stayed at. Highly recommended, and it’ll be my go-to place if I return to Cebu. 🤩

The communal spaces at The Partridge Guesthouse were laid out nicely and felt inviting for relaxing or chatting with other guests. The owners are interior designers, and you can see that in the thoughtful colors and decor, as well as the overall design. Modern, minimal furniture, clean lines, and natural light gave the place a comfortable feel without clutter. Everything was spotless, from the shared areas to our private room. Cleanliness and upkeep were clearly a priority, which made the stay feel hygienic and relaxing. My family had a great time here, and it was a refreshing change from guesthouses I’ve found that feel dated or crowded. The bunk beds looked good with the modern design and were genuinely comfortable. The mattresses and bedding were excellent, and I had the best night’s sleep during our stay. The Partridge Guesthouse exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend it if you want a stylish, pleasant place to stay.

It’s a short walk to Ayala, which is a big plus. The place was well maintained, quiet, clean, and smelled good.

The Booking App showed checkout as 12PM - 2 PM, so we assumed we could stay until 2pm on May 22. They’d let us check in late, nearly 7pm on May 21, instead of the listed 2pm - 4 pm. But the girl at the counter insisted we had to leave at 12, with no extra time. I asked her to correct the times posted on booking.com so customers wouldn’t be misled, especially about the schedule.
