The location is really good, but the rent feels too high when electricity costs so much too. The appliances haven't been upgraded to energy-saving inverters, and quite a few don't work properly. They need to provide better support for tenants. People have said their salaries aren't enough to cover rent, electricity, Wi-Fi, and water, with food and personal expenses on top. If these issues are addressed, tenants may be happy to stay longer. Otherwise, they'll look for somewhere that fits their budget without the burden of rent, water, power, and Wi-Fi. Please show tenants the same care we show you.

The place was clean, but it wasn't worth P25k a month, plus the deposit, gas, and electricity. The rice cooker didn't work and the gas wasn't turned on. There was nobody in the office at 5:30 in the morning, so I guess we had to go find somewhere to eat before work.

I liked how calm and removed from the city's bustle it was, and the staff gave satisfying assistance. It can also be rented for a short stay of at least a month, with good terms and conditions. Getting around is the hard part, though, since it's secluded and transportation is a challenge.
