We usually like staying here for the location and great staff, but last night was awful. There was a party in the room next door, with loud music still going after midnight. We called reception three times about it. I raised the complaint with staff today and hope management trains them, especially the security guard, to deal with loud parties at the hotel.

Several things about my stay were disappointing. The water dispenser on my floor wasn't plugged in, so there was no hot water, and one of the two elevators was often turned off. Housekeeping only swept the floors instead of mopping, leaving dust behind. Cooking smells from other rooms also kept coming into mine through the exhaust system. When it rained heavily, water leaked through my windows into the room.

The place is very spacious, and I liked being able to cook my own meals. The staff were friendly, too.

I had planned to check out on the 9th, but left on the 4th after two unsettling incidents. A male employee waited for me to get into the elevator so he could see which floor I was going to, and stared me up and down in a way that made me uncomfortable. Then at around 11:25 PM, someone used a key to try to open my door. Luckily, I had it blocked. The woman downstairs said nobody had complained before and that they'd check the cameras, but refused to refund the money for the nights I didn't stay. It felt like it was easier to gaslight me than deal with the problem. I'm writing this review only now because I had to travel again, and this was the only hotel that hadn't sent me a review email. NOT SAFE for female solo travelers.

The room was clean, and the gym and WiFi were both good. Everyone on the family suites team was considerate and really accommodating. I loved staying here, thank you :)
