Seda Central Bloc Cebu City

Breakfast was a highlight, with great food and attentive service. One staff member kept an eye on the buffet and made sure guests had what they needed. When I asked for fruit, they brought a lovely, generous plate right to my table, which really stood out. The staff were upbeat, warm, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I loved staying here, and the rooftop bar was amazing too. Can’t wait to return!

The rooms were spacious, and the Wi-Fi worked decently during my two-night stay. It’s also very handy to have a mall next door and a local food park within an easy walk. Two things kept this from feeling like a five-star stay: the elevators were uncomfortably hot, and the breakfast buffet often ran out of food. Better ventilation and more consistent refilling from the kitchen would make this a top-tier choice.

The deluxe King room we booked was just okay and very small. Still, we were fine with the stay, and the kindness of the people working here made it much more enjoyable. The staff greeted us warmly and were friendly and respectful. People in other countries could learn a lot from how welcoming staff in the Philippines are. The hotel was clean, with shops and restaurants nearby. It has a rooftop bar and restaurant, as well as a gym. Breakfast was included, with both Western and Asian choices, plus fresh coffee and espresso.

The room had a pleasant city view and a long list of amenities: an induction cooker, microwave, toaster, washing machine and dryer, plus two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. It’s in central Cebu City, about a 30-minute drive from the airport. The surrounding area is nice, with tidy, clean roads and lots of shopping malls. Service could be better. My friend waited a long time to arrange private transport to the jetty, while staff kept helping people who had arrived later with checkout.
