The room was large and clean, and the price felt fair, though the building is clearly very old and worn. The bathroom has no bidet, but they can provide a balde and kabo if you ask. Our shower was rusty and broken, and the old air conditioner was noisy. The mini fridge worked; I didn't try the TV. There was a terrace with chairs and a table, but it connects to other rooms and felt easy for anyone to access, so keep the sliding door locked. Jeepneys are available, though rides to Ayala and SM seemed infrequent. It's about 5 km from Ayala, 3 km from Fuente, and roughly 5 km from downtown and the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño de Cebu. Good enough for a one-day stay, and I'd come back if I had an event nearby.

We just arrived and already regret not checking the reviews first. They wanted 1000 php for checking in 50 minutes early, even though that was about what our whole booking cost. The place is cheap, but you get what you pay for. We've been sitting in the restaurant without air conditioning and nobody has even asked if we want anything. Honestly, this may be the worst hotel I've stayed in. We're booking somewhere else and giving up the money we paid. That's how bad it is.

The rooms feel a bit like they’re from the early 2000s, but they’re still usable. The food was okay, and the place has a homey feel with a little hotel atmosphere. It’s in Guadalupe, very close to Banawa, which works well if you want to be near the city without staying right in its busiest center.

Good value for the price. The room had no slippers or free water, and the terrace door was broken.

Five stars in total, one each for the room, service, management, cleanliness, and food. There you go.
