Cebu R Hotel Mabolo

Our Airbnb cancelled at the last minute during a typhoon, and the staff here still managed to accommodate us. They made the best of what they had, and the service was good, even though the breakfast area was a bit flooded, which was expected. I was especially grateful that the front desk had medicine for me when the pharmacies outside were closed.

For the price, Cebu R Hotel is a pleasant, budget-friendly place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are helpful and make you feel welcome. A good simple option for a relaxing stay, and one I'd recommend to travelers looking for something affordable.

Breakfast starting earlier and being available to take away would really help guests like us who are on a tight schedule. A simple toothbrush in the room would also make a big difference.

Our deluxe room sleeps up to four people, yet it had just one power outlet, so we had to ask for an extension cord to charge everyone's devices. We were also given only one key card. If someone left it in the room or guests came back at different times, we'd have to ask the front desk to let us in. Two cards per room and more outlets would make things much easier.
