Breakfast had a decent variety, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The bacon, though, was cooked so crispy your jaw could break, lol. We stayed two nights for a friend's wedding. The hotel is affordable for its location, but the facilities are really outdated. You can smell the old furniture as soon as you walk in. Other Cebu hotels just as old or older have more modern interiors, so I was kind of disappointed. It's also one of the few hotels in Cebu that asks for a huge deposit, and the online booking sites didn't mention it. There are lots of things they could improve. For the price, you kind of get what you pay for, but with a little extra money I'd look at nearby hotels where you might get more for it.

We got an executive room since it cost only a little more. It was spacious and clean, with a comfortable place to sit, a TV, and reasonably priced room service. You can also get a massage in your room. Toiletries were provided, and the bed was really comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The shower is over a bath and had good water pressure, though there's no bidet. A very nice hotel with great facilities and friendly staff when we arrived. Definitely recommend it.

The room on the 20th floor had amazing views of Cebu City, a super comfortable bed, and quiet, cool air conditioning. The location is central and safe, and it felt just like home. We arrived before the 3 PM check-in, and the front desk lady was polite and efficient. She arranged everything and recommended the famous Leochen restaurant nearby for lunch. I mentioned casually that it was my 60th birthday trip, then came back to find a lovely cake and beautiful towel art waiting in the room. Such a thoughtful surprise. The reception team and all the staff were wonderful and caring. They made the birthday trip unforgettable.

The hotel is very clean, and the counter staff are kind and helpful. They can book a spa itinerary or call a taxi. There aren't many food options to choose from, but the meal was fine and the restaurant itself was clean. It's in central Cebu with a super-large department store next door, so the location is quite convenient.

The hotel is older, but it's still clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. Buffet breakfast is included in the rate and feels like good value. There's a gym and pool, and it's within walking distance of an Ayala mall and the House of Lechon.
