Mezzo Hotel

The staff were kind and helpful, and the area felt safe. You're close to what you need, with Ayala center mall about a 10 minute walk straight up the road. If you're driving, the parking is covered and felt safe. My room was very clean and well stocked, with everything labeled. Room service is available, and I had the Bacon breakfast, which was actually very good.

For the first three days, the internet was so unreliable I couldn't work. After I complained several times, they finally gave me a router that worked. Now housekeeping is taking my towels without replacing them, leaving the room with none. The trouble started with the air conditioner leaking heavily and soaking my $5,000 laptop. Staff seemed unconcerned and moved me to another room without properly addressing what happened. This has been a frustrating stay from the start, and I can't wait to leave. Think twice before booking.

Mezzo Hotel made the trip feel special. The rooms have a modern look, the beds are comfortable, and the service was great. It was a lovely mix of style and comfort. I'd recommend it, 10/10!

Our late arrival meant only a short wait at reception, since we'd let the hotel know beforehand. There was a small mix-up over the bed type in our booking, but the manager sorted it out the next day very professionally. The food was very good, the rooms clean, and the staff cheerful and welcoming. The area may feel a little unsafe at night, but we had a pleasant stay overall, helped by the clean hotel and responsive management.
