The place was quiet, clean and well cared for, in a peaceful residential area set back from the main road. We stayed four nights and had a great time. It’s also handy for local mountain tour locations, and there’s a restaurant beside the hotel. The guards and other employees were courteous and respectful. Our room had a hot and cold shower, hair dryer, safe, mini fridge, two cups with teaspoons, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrushes and toothpaste, hand soap, tissues and slippers. There are water dispensers on every floor, a designated smoking area, daily housekeeping, keyless entry, buttons for “Make up room” and “Do not Disturb,” free parking, and an elevator. A lovely, peaceful place to stay during a trip.

The staff were friendly, and a doorman or security guard opened the door whenever I came or went. Rooms get daily housekeeping and come with toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo and soap. There’s hot water with good pressure, cold AC, a cold fridge, and a free dispenser with hot and cold water. Restaurants and a grocery store are within walking distance. WiFi was good enough for work, though video calls might lag. There’s a 1000 peso cash deposit, and the room showed some wear, though it wasn’t bad. A single room comes with just one towel and pillow, and they charge a daily rate for extras. The chairs aren’t comfortable if you’re working remotely for hours, there’s no gym, and the hard water might make sensitive skin itchy.

I ended up extending my stay around 3-4 times, lol. I was there about a week and would definitely recommend it. The people working there were the nicest, always opening the door, greeting you and smiling. There’s a café on the first floor with a 10% breakfast discount. The room was quite big and clean, with everything I needed. They also offer tours, massages and rides. Having a refrigerator was a big plus, since I could store food and save on café meals. Sometimes the other guests were loud at night, but if you politely asked them to quiet down, they listened.

I made a reservation directly through the hotel website and later had to cancel because our plans changed. The site didn’t mention a cancellation fee until five days before, but when the reservation was canceled they said they’d keep 10% of the total. I couldn’t find that fee mentioned anywhere. I wouldn’t book directly with them, and I’d hate for someone else to get caught out.
