Bohol Coastal View Hotel

Getting around is easier if you have a scooter, though the location itself is fine. For the price, the value is okay, but this definitely didn’t live up to the advertised 5-star standard. Staff often didn’t greet us and seemed indifferent or uninterested. Some days the room wasn’t cleaned, and they didn’t refill basics like bottled water. Breakfast upstairs on the terrace was weak, with so few seats that we couldn’t find one on a weekend day. Cleanliness needs work too, especially the bathroom, where we saw rust and limescale, as well as stains on the bed linens. Better housekeeping and more attentive staff would make this place much better.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the peaceful atmosphere made this a lovely getaway. I stayed at Coastal View Hotel in Panglao, Bohol and the coastal view was stunning. The staff were welcoming, very friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bohol!

I had a great stay, and the rooms were worth the price. The building could use a little renovation since the paint looks old, but the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the managers were caring. I’ll definitely miss the hotel dogs, Gcash and Paymaya. They’re the sweetest.

The view from my room over the sea and the whole resort made it easy to relax. I spent four days at Bohol Coastal View Hotel and had a really enjoyable stay. The rooftop bar has plenty of drinks, and the staff there were so friendly and accommodating. I also loved the cat café-themed coffee shop, with all those fluffy cats looking well cared for. The shower and faucet water did taste a little salty, but I’d still happily recommend the place.
