This is a fraudulent listing. It's shown on Booking.com, AirBnb, Agoda, and other sites, but the place is closed and has been for some time. Neighbors said it has been shut for years, yet the sites still list it and charge people for stays. When you ask for a refund, they refuse. WARNING, DO NOT BOOK HERE!

This place is fake. I booked through Agoda while stranded in Caticlan with my family and my 4-year-old child. We arrived around 10pm to find the gate locked and all the lights off. Nobody answered, even after I banged on the gate for 20 minutes. I had to spend the night at the jetty port. Agoda initiated a refund. The number they gave also doesn't go through.

The photos on the booking sites don't really show how good this hotel is. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is nice, and there's a sari sari on site. The owners are friendly and accommodating. Ronni will pick you up from the airport or ferry terminal and take you back for your next trip. A must if you're going through caticlan.

Cherry and Ronnie, the owners, were very accommodating, and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious. At night the rooftop is a great place to unwind and have a drink or two, and during the day you can take in the breathtaking view of Boracay from up there. This is the best place to stay when you're in MALAY 😍 THUMBS UP 👄❤️💙💚💛💜
