We couldn't check in because the hotel is inside Grass residences, and the guard wouldn't let us enter the compound without permission from the unit owner. The phone number listed on the redDoorz website was out of order, so we couldn't reach anyone. Agoda refunded the payment when I asked, but the whole thing was very disappointing.

There weren't enough staff to help us, and we waited too long at the gate because the guards wouldn't let us in. The room was an okay size, but the aircon wasn't properly maintained and the c.r smelled kind of bad, probably because of the drain.
