Quest Serviced Residences

We’ve stayed at Quest Serviced residences for a few years, but the rooms and bathrooms are showing wear. Our bathroom was missing a glass screen, so water went everywhere. They gave us extra bathmats, but with cleaning only three times a week and poor ventilation, we ended up with lots of wet towels and mats. During our month-long stay, the phone worked for only a day or two. I reported it several times, but it never got fixed. Breakfast used to be a highlight, but it’s no longer included in monthly rates. Check the wording of your stay, because that caught us out. Housekeeping were exceptionally friendly and efficient, though towels weren’t always available, apparently because of laundry issues. In the afternoons it was rare to get a towel at the pool, too. The gym was okay, but two machines were out of order as they have been on every trip. The gym attendant was always cheerful and happy to chat, and the concierge team were friendly and helpful. Sadly, the experience has started going downhill, so I think we’ll look elsewhere next time.

Check-in and checkout were easy, and I left feeling refreshed and satisfied. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Staff were warm and ready to help, and I appreciated the convenient location and feeling of security throughout my stay. I had a wonderful experience at quest serviced residences and would happily return. I recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-managed stay.

Our flight was delayed, and after we finally arrived, we asked if we could check in early. They told us the manager would arrive at 9am, so we waited. At 9:30 we were asked to wait until 10, then at 10:15 they said no rooms were ready and it might be 12:30. I wouldn’t have minded being told up front that there weren’t rooms available. Instead, we spent half the morning sitting around. If they’d been clear from the start, we could have gone out and explored Cebu while we waited. They deal with tourists all the time, and time matters when you’re only staying briefly. I don’t understand why management can’t handle this better. It’s my family’s first time in Cebu, and this has already spoiled the start of our trip.

My stay was comfortable and smooth all the way through, and I left really satisfied and grateful for the experience. The service and comfort exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back.
