We stayed last June 27 and booked 3 rooms. The rooms were good and the beds comfortable, but the complimentary breakfast was only OK, still palatable, and not as good as at nearby hotels. My family members were embarrassed when they were stopped from entering the dining area because our rooms weren’t listed for complimentary breakfast. The front desk officer had failed to include them. Service also needs work, especially phone calls and other requests. My cousin left newly bought shampoo and conditioner in the shower room. When they returned after checkout to retrieve them, the housekeeper had already gone home, so they couldn’t get the items back. They should improve how they store and dispose of left-behind belongings for guests who want to retrieve them.

The hotel needs renovation. The lobby was hot in the morning, the air conditioner was noisy and didn’t cool properly, and the faucet water smelled rusty when first turned on. I had to call staff to get the shower fixed. Breakfast choices were limited to corned beef and dory fillet, and I waited so long for an omelette that I gave up and cancelled it. Then at 11:30pm, staff called just to say they were taking the clothes iron back. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else in Cebu.

The food was good, and overall it was a good place to stay. There were small cockroaches in the room, though, and room service took a while to respond.

It’s cheap, so you get what you pay for. The hotel seems old, and our room smelled; we also killed one small cockroach. The location is handy for Ayala Mall, although reaching it means crossing a wide street with no traffic light.

The rooms are clean and have all the necessary stuff. Recommended.
