RedDoorz near Baclay Drive Super Metro

I only needed a low-cost place for one night before leaving, and the receptionist was genuinely helpful and friendly. The room was cramped, though, and the bathroom was left wet with no toilet paper or cleaning supplies. The air conditioner made the room very cold, and its remote didn’t work.

My family and I arrived exhausted after traveling from the province, then spent nearly two hours waiting because the hotel said our prepaid booking through an online platform wasn’t in its system. Staff said the third-party app had canceled it, but we’d had no notice. Later, an email said the property had canceled the reservation. We had to book another room there and then, for twice the amount we’d paid. We’d trusted the advertised promotion and thought we’d found a good deal. It was my first visit to this city with my parents, and I’d wanted it to be special for them. Instead, I feel awful when I see how much trouble this caused them. Better communication and customer service could have prevented the whole mess. It’s heartbreaking to feel a hotel took advantage of us when we were trying to save money. The trip became one of our most stressful, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. I hope they stop this happening to others. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!RED DOORZ!!!‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

The dog and cat are adorable and affectionate, and the staff are nice. I stayed 6D/5N, mostly out during the day and back to sleep at night, so the place worked well for me. I liked that it gets completely dark when the lights are off, and I slept well. The noise was overwhelming at times, though it did quiet down in the early morning.

The reception guys were friendly and useful, and the location near a mall was handy. Drinks from the fridge weren’t too expensive either. It was cheap and fine for one night, but not all that cheerful: there was an odd smell in the room, the WiFi was terrible, and there was no soap or toilet roll. The smoke alarm was covered.
