The good Wi-Fi meant I could get my work done smoothly, and the rooms were clean and affordable. It’s a nice hotel in the city center, with kind and helpful people. I’ve stayed a couple of times already and would definitely recommend it.

The price is low and getting around from here is convenient. My room let it down, though. The bathroom heater didn't work, so the shower only had cold water. The toilet tank leaked, and the air conditioner was really loud.

The biggest issue is the soundproofing. You can hear other guests walking past in the hallway. There’s no elevator, so reaching the third floor means taking the stairs. I also need to correct my earlier complaint: the hotel does have WiFi, and I had it mixed up with another place. It only goes up to the third floor.

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. I had a great stay, with excellent service too. I'd happily come back and recommend it 😇🥰

RF Suites is well placed for exploring Cebu City, with restaurants and attractions either within walking distance or a ride away. Breakfast was tasty, and they also offered it to go. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had a nice view. The staff were always friendly and ready to help. I had such a good stay that five stars doesn't feel like enough, I'd give RF Suites ten if I could.
