This was a terrible stay. The rooms weren't clean, the lobby was very hot, and breakfast wasn't included. The manager was hard to reach, and management was stingy about providing extra blankets and pillows. It didn't feel very culture friendly.

Loved the room design, it feels high quality and upscale. I felt safe with a main entrance that needs a key card, as well as my own room door. The staff were nice too. I'd stay here again 👌😉🥰

The rooms are in good condition, and the amenities are well maintained. I felt welcome, with staff always smiling.

For ₱2,000, I'd expect at least breakfast or even a free coffee, but there's nothing included. The lobby is extremely hot, with no air conditioning or even a fan, and the room was just average. Honestly, it isn't worth the money. There are better Cebu hotels for the same price with better service.

I slept well in the room, and the privacy was good. The receptionist was kind 👍🏻
