Travelbee Capitol Inn is an older place, but it’s kept up well, and we had a lovely stay despite the different impression I’d got from the Google reviews. The lobby felt cozy, with piano music playing, and the staff were friendly and easy to talk to. There’s no lift, though, since the hotel only has two floors. Our room had good Wi-Fi, strong air conditioning, a TV, and a clean bathroom. There was just one table, a bedside table. Breakfast is free, with rice, eggs, and two other dishes such as tocino, hotdogs, or corn beef. For lunch or dinner, they have a decent choice of rice meals and sandwiches. Thanks, Travelbee, I’d stay here again.

I turned up without a reservation, and Jezrel, Janille & Elizabeth at reception made me feel really welcome. Lovely hotel, good value, and I had a lovely stay. Highly recommended!

My family’s been staying here since 2002, back when it was still Travel Bee pension. It’s a very nice place and the customer service is good. Only thing missing? Slippers that match 😅😅😅

We stayed with friends from 14-17 January after booking through booking.com, but the rooms we received didn’t match what we’d booked at all. They weren’t clean and had no windows, even though the booking.com pictures showed nice rooms with windows. When I told the receptionist this wasn’t right and complained about the room, she stopped talking to me. Make sure to see the room before paying and checking in. I won’t be coming back.

We only spent one night here. The room was pretty small for two, and there wasn’t a cabinet to hang or put our things in. The toilet was clogged and flushed very slowly. Breakfast was served, which was convenient.
